Holiday Carving Station: Roast Lamb Shoulder (per guest)

$18 per guest. 25-guest minimum. An add-on to the Holiday Classic Buffet.

Slow-roasted lamb shoulder with garlic, herbs and Dijon, carved to order with lamb jus. Contains mustard.

Carved to order by a B&L chef attendant: add one B&L Attended Buffet Attendant per station ($235 flat, up to 4 hours on site including 1 hour of setup, service and full breakdown; $50 per hour after that). One station serves up to 100 guests.
