Our Cool Season Classic Buffet with six holiday sides, in larger portions for a longer meal period. Choose 1 salad, 2 entrées and 2 sides; rolls and whipped butter are included. Add a carving station, carved to order by a B&L attendant. Attended: 20% service fee plus $235 per attendant (1 per 75 guests; up to 4 hours on site; $50 per hour after).
No delivery fee; travel fee only beyond 50 miles of Allen Park. Full-Service is quoted to the event with a 20% service fee. We can supply black linens and a reasonable number of tables, if needed. Final menu and minimum count 14 days before; balance due 7 days before the event. Available December 1–31 (closed December 24–25).
