A dedicated event captain leads a professional service team sized to your guest count, serving your Classic Buffet Tier 1 menu from polished stainless roll-top chafers alongside an artisan grazing display scaled to your room. Tables are set with bright white china, stainless flatware, and our signature linen napkins with your choice of gold or stainless napkin rings. Cake cutting, full setup, table service, and breakdown are all included. Price is per guest and includes our 20% service fee.
